Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page. Check if there is a leak somewhere since there is a leak in my kitchen ceiling which is above is the bathroom. I am sorry that this is what it takes to get a response from Trinity. Replacing the concrete is acceptable and the right thing to do. As for the creack in the ceiling, it was there during the 11 month walk through.

The gentleman that we used is no longer there but he was not helpful at all. Our builder was a nice gentleman but there is only so much he could do. Once again, run away as fast as you can and get a professional builder with a good name. I have thought long and hard about the review I am about to write about the construction of my house with Trinity Custom Homes, Ellijay, Ga. I do not want this review to reflect negatively on the building supervisor, David Arnold. If it had not been for the efforts of David Arnold, I would not have been able to close before Christmas.
The guys representing Trinity said the ceiling was too high for them to reach. I have made multiple attempts to contact trinity without response or resolution. All of the concrete for our new home is of extremely poor workmanship. Their regular contractor wasn’t available so a substitute was hired. The back patio has multiple large rain puddles and slopes towards the foundation of the home causing wet wall in the basement with rain. I have provided documentation and pictures to trinity and have given ample time for them to resolve these issues.
Reviews
I will definitely use Trinity again as well as recommend them to other customers. The well documented supply chain crisis and labor shortage have affected all builders and most industries not only locally but nationally. We will have our construction manager attend a pre-drywall meeting with you within the next 30 days to help discuss possible timeframes. We only have a VP of sales so meeting with our construction manager who schedules all of out trades and closings would be most beneficial.
Workers were unskilled - he seemed to be using his unemployed relatives. Someone who identified herself as his niece came to remove wallpaper from my kitchen. The walls were left in such poor condition that I had to have tile installed. Contractor left work undone, did not clean up, and it was evident that he did not intend to finish the work. If I had the funds, I would purchase a billboard ad to tell as many people as possible about how dishonest he is. YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs.

The outdoor doors would not close and after three or four attempts to repair they finally got it right. Some of their folks are not playing with a full deck. I could go on and on but you need to run before you sign a contract with them. They DONOT build a quality custom home. We live in Ellijay, Ga so we did use the Ellijay office.
It is true you can save a little money using Trinity Homes but it will cost you the same or more in the end. Their framing are okay but their painters are horrible and they use the cheapest painter SW sales. We already had the entire inside of the house repainted. The brick and rock work is subpar, we had rock fall off the front of the house and the brick job is horrible.
For Businesses
The well documented Supply chain and Labor Crisis is affecting small, local, custom home builders dramatically. It is astutely noted in the complaint that these issues have impacted homes across the community, city, and all home builders. Trinity Homes has every intention to close this home by the end of the year.
They are very good about covering up where they cut corners. Trinity has much of the same quality workmanship in there 400K+ homes as they do in their 150k homes. Very poor respective for Trinity based on all the quality that was sold to me by the sales people.
My special thanks goes to Contractor Dave Arnold, who saw to all the requirements of my new home. Dave Arnold truly went out of his way to make my home the great home that it is. He is very serviceable, and very reliable and highly trustworthy in every respect. I highly recommend him and Trinity Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home.
To get to permit can take days depending on workload. Once the permit is back we need to wait on an excavator to have availability in his/her schedule to excavate the home. Being that every buyer has different custom requests we are unable to tell clients how quickly we will be able to excavate their home given all of the variables.
